About Accessibility Hub

Turning accessibility expertise into practical and innovative solutions

Accessibility Hub connects accessibility knowledge, inclusive design and technology development to improve places, services, information and participation.

Our purpose

Do more than identify barriers

Our aim is to transform accessibility requirements into practical, evidence-informed and innovative solutions.

That can mean improving a route, remediating a document collection, designing a tactile map, developing a digital accessibility guide, building an assistive application or creating the verified knowledge layer behind an accessibility agent.

Accessibility is not a final adjustment. It is a quality, participation and safety requirement that should shape places, services, information and technology from the beginning.

Mission, vision and promise

What will guide the company as it grows

Mission

To assess barriers, co-design improvements and develop technologies that expand access, independence, participation and safety.

Vision

A society in which accessible physical and digital environments are normal, reliable and informed by the people who use them.

Promise

To communicate honestly about evidence, limitations, development status and the results a solution can reasonably achieve.

Principles

How we intend to work

01

Nothing about access without users

Involve people with disabilities in defining, designing and validating relevant solutions.

02

Evidence before claims

Separate measured facts, expert judgement, user feedback and unverified assumptions.

03

Accessibility by design

Build accessibility into the architecture, content and process—not as a late overlay.

04

Innovation with responsibility

Consider safety, privacy, maintenance, human oversight and unintended consequences.

05

Interdisciplinary collaboration

Bring together the knowledge needed for the actual context and problem.

06

Continuous improvement

Treat accessibility information and systems as services that must be maintained.

Building with transparency

Expertise today. Evidence and case studies as the company grows.

Accessibility Hub is beginning active delivery with a defined portfolio of services and innovation priorities. We present verified team experience separately from work delivered under the Accessibility Hub name, and we will add company case studies as projects are completed.

What partners can expect

  • A clearly defined service scope
  • Transparent development status for each solution
  • Verifiable team qualifications and experience
  • Carefully scoped pilot and research partnerships
