Services

From accessibility assessment to practical implementation

We identify barriers, explain their impact and help transform findings into accessible environments, information, services and technology.

Assistive Technology Development

Custom applications, aids, tactile solutions, digital guides, wayfinding systems, AI agents and prototypes.

User Validation

Technical checks combined, where appropriate, with co-design and evaluation involving people with disabilities.

Implementation & Training

Pilot deployment, staff guidance, documentation, reassessment, maintenance planning and continued improvement.

What we can assess

A joined-up assessment—not isolated checklists

People experience a service as a complete journey. A physically accessible entrance is not enough if the route information, website, documents or emergency procedure remain inaccessible.

  • Indoor and outdoor access, circulation and facilities
  • Accessible transportation connections and arrival routes
  • Wayfinding, signage and pre-visit information
  • Websites, applications and digital public services
  • PDF, Word, presentations, images and graphics
  • Video, audio, captions, transcripts and audio description
  • Customer-service processes and communication channels
  • Emergency information, preparedness and evacuation planning

Typical deliverables

  • Executive summary
    Key risks, priorities and opportunities.
  • Evidence register
Documented findings with context and impact.
  • Improvement roadmap
    Immediate, medium-term and strategic actions.
  • Technical specifications
    Requirements for implementation or procurement.
  • Validation plan
How improvements will be tested and maintained.

Our method

Assessment with a route to action

Scope

Define people, journeys, systems and outcomes to examine.

Evidence

Collect measurements, observations, technical results and documentation.

Impact

Explain how each barrier affects access, independence, safety or participation.

Priorities

Separate quick wins, essential corrections and longer-term transformation.

Follow-through

Support implementation, validation and ongoing governance.

Standards and evidence

Standards inform the work; users complete the picture.

Depending on scope, our work can draw on WCAG 2.2, relevant digital-accessibility standards, inclusive design principles and applicable built-environment or sector requirements. We do not treat automated testing as proof of accessibility.

The appropriate standard, legal framework and validation method must be agreed for each project. The website does not make a blanket promise of legal compliance without defined scope and evidence.
